Managing Auto-Renew

Cancel Auto-Renew

To cancel auto-renew, log in to your member account via the provided link

  1. Click Membership Details on the navigation. 

  2. Scroll down to the ‘Manage your membership’ section at the bottom of the page and click the ‘Manage membership’ button.

  3. Select ‘Cancel auto-renew’. Confirm your cancellation by clicking ‘Yes, cancel auto-renew’. 

  4. You will receive a confirmation message that will let you know that the subscription to that membership will be canceled next year. 

On the Membership Details page confirm your Membership Status. It is now set to Expiring with the expiration date. 


Enable Auto-Renew

To enable auto-renew, log in to your member account 

  1. Navigate to Membership Details on the navigation. 

  2. Scroll down to the ‘Manage your membership’ section at the bottom of the page and click the ‘Manage membership’ button. 

  3. Select ‘Enable auto-renew’. To enable, select ‘Yes, turn on auto-renew’. 

  4. You will receive a confirmation message detailing that the subscription to that membership will be enabled next year. 

  5. On the Member details page, the Membership status will update to ‘Active’ and inform you when that membership will renew.
