Editing your details

If you have recently signed up for a membership and realized that you need to change some of your personal details don't worry! It's a simple process that can be done in just a few steps. Some information is locked to prevent membership misuse. If there are any issues with this information, please contact customer support.

A primary member can edit the following details:

• Phone number for all members
• Address for Primary members only
• Gender for all members
• T-shirt size for all members

A secondary member you can edit
• Phone number for you only
• Gender for you only
• T-shirt size for you only

Details our team must edit for you:
• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Date of birth


To edit details yourself

1. log into your participant account. Once you're logged in, click on the "Membership details" tab on the left hand side of the page. This will take you to your membership details page where you can see your name and anyone else who is part of your membership.

2.  Select your name to view your membership details.

3. Scroll down until you see the section you would like to edit. Make the changes you require. 

4. Once you've made your edits, click the "save" button to apply the changes to your membership.
