Troubleshooting Issues When Claiming Your Account

If you are having trouble logging into or verifying, your Atlanta Track Club account on Let’s Do This, you may be able to resolve your issue by following the steps in this article. 


If you are still struggling to access your account after following these steps, our customer support team (membership@atlantatrackclub.org) can provide further assistance.


If You Are Already Logged in But You’re Being Asked To Purchase a Membership or If You’re Logged in But Can’t View your Membership Details

  • In some cases, you may be experiencing this issue because you have logged in with a different account that is not associated with your membership.
  • To fix this:
    • Log out of Let’s Do This by using the following link: letsdothis.com/logout 
    • Log back into your account on this page
      • Use the same email address associated with your membership account
      • If you cannot remember your password, click “Forgot password” and follow the instructions that appear to reset your password


If You Can’t Find Your Account Verification Email or You’re Otherwise Unable to Verify Your Account


  • Double-check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, to see if you’ve received your verification email.

  • If you found your email and have your verification code, and it has been less than 24 hours since you received the email:

    • Navigate to this page and enter your email address and your verification code (see screenshot below)

    • Click “Verify Email.”

    • Return to Atlanta Track Club’s website and log in as a member


  • If you found your email and have your verification code, and it has been more than 24 hours since you received the email (which means that the original code has expired)
    • Navigate to this page and enter your email address.
    • Click “Resend verification code”
    • After you receive your verification code in your email, return to this page and enter in the verification code, and click “Verify email.”



If You Are Trying to Reset Your Password and You’re Not Receiving a Code


  • Please check the following if you are getting stuck when trying to reset your password

    • Double-check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, to see if you’ve received your verification email (see the section above for more details).

    • Confirm if you have already claimed your Atlanta Track Club membership account on Let’s Do This before and verified it already with a code before - you should not need to repeat this step.

    • Check to see if the email address you are entering here is the correct email address that you used for this membership.
